What should be included
At a reasonable rate you should expect: a private room or enclosure, air-conditioning, daily cleaning, feeding on your schedule with your food, and some time out of the room each day. Anything less is a kennel, whatever it is called.
What is often extra, so ask:
- Play time or exercise. Some hotels charge per session. PGH's play-zone time is included.
- Medication. Some charge per dose.
- A second pet sharing. Usually a reduced rate per night.
- Late collection. Almost always billed as an extra night after the cut-off.
- Peak season. Chinese New Year, Raya, school holidays and Christmas carry higher rates or exclude package nights.
- Grooming before pick-up. Worth asking for, especially for long-haired pets.

Day care in Subang Jaya
