PGH – Pets Grooming Hotel

Grooming at PGH

Every groom at PGH covers the hygiene work owners can't do at home, a wash matched to the coat, a careful dry and a tidy finish. Groomers check skin and coat as they work and tell you what they found.

Check-in and a chat

Your groomer asks about coat, skin, temperament and the look you want. Size, fur length and condition decide the final quote, so you know the price before we start.

The detail work

Nails cut and filed, ears cleared, pads and sanitary areas shaved, anal glands expressed. The parts most owners can't do at home.

Bath, massage, dry

A proper wash with the right shampoo for the coat, a massage while lathering, then a careful blow dry and brush out. Medicated or coat treatments are available as add-ons.

Common questions

How long does a grooming session take?
Most basic grooms take one to two hours. Full grooms with styling, dematting or coat treatments take longer. We will give you a pick-up time at drop-off.
Do I need an appointment for grooming?
Yes. Message +6010 203 6088 on WhatsApp with your pet's breed, size and preferred date. Walk-ins are accepted when a groomer is free, but booking avoids a wait.
How often should my dog or cat be groomed?
Most dogs benefit from a groom every four to eight weeks depending on coat type. Long-haired cats usually need help every six to eight weeks, short-haired cats less often. See the Journal for a breed-by-breed guide.
What if my pet has fleas or ticks?
Tell us at booking. We offer tick and flea treatment as an add-on, and we check every pet on arrival so the salon stays clean for everyone.
Can I buy grooming sessions in bulk?
Yes. Grooming packages give you extra sessions free: buy 8 get 9, buy 16 get 19, or buy 20 get 26.

Message us on WhatsApp with your pet's breed and what you need. We reply during opening hours, Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 7pm.
