About PGH
Pets Grooming Hotel opened its doors at Main Place Mall, USJ 21, in February 2016 with a simple mission: make more furry kids beautiful, and make their owners’ lives easier.
What PGH is
PGH is two things under one roof on the ground floor of Main Place Mall in Subang Jaya: a professional grooming salon for dogs and cats, and a boutique pet hotel with private, air-conditioned rooms. The business is operated by Prestige Pets Grooming Hotel.
Being inside a mall is deliberate. It means 24-hour security, easy parking, a jockey pick-up area for quick drop-offs, and owners who can shop or eat while their pet is on the table.
How we work
Grooming is done one pet at a time. Groomers assess coat and skin before quoting, work at the pet’s pace, and report anything they notice: mats, hotspots, parasites, ear or dental problems. Prices on this site are the published starting prices and are confirmed before any work begins.
The hotel runs on routine. Guests eat their own food on their usual schedule, get supervised play-zone time, and sleep in rooms that are cleaned and disinfected twice a day with UV sterilising light. Flea, tick and mite prevention is compulsory on check-in so no guest brings anything in.
Beyond grooming
PGH hosts a visiting animal dentist for anaesthesia-free dental cleaning, offers day care, and runs grooming and boarding packages for regulars. PGH has been listed by TallyPress (2016), Swirly & Friends (2024), Bingo Pets (2025) and Petopedia (2025) among the top grooming centres in Subang Jaya and the Klang Valley.

Hands that know when to slow down.
Grooming a nervous pet is as much patience as technique. The PGH team works one pet at a time on the table, reads the animal, and stops to reassure before they continue. Customers mention the same things in their reviews: friendly, patient, and honest about what they found on the skin and coat.
Owners are told about mats, hotspots, ticks or dental issues at pick-up so you can act on them. Dental cleaning is carried out by a visiting animal dentist, anaesthesia-free, and only after a wellness check.
